Terms of use
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and TheFaroLab (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) for using Estella. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Contact: [email protected].
Who can use Estella
You must be 16 or older. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us if you think someone accessed your account without permission.
Health and exercise
Estella is not a medical service. The app helps you log and follow your training; it doesn’t give medical advice, diagnoses or treatment plans. Talk to a health professional before starting or changing your routine, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk: listen to your body and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Your data and content
What you log (routines, workouts, notes) is yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it according to your privacy settings, only to provide the service. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy. You can download or delete it from the app anytime.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Estella to: harass, insult or impersonate others; post illegal or offensive content or content that isn’t yours; try to access other people’s data or interfere with the app; or create accounts automatically. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
The service
Estella is free for now. We’re constantly improving it: we may add, change or remove features. If paid features come in the future, we’ll tell you clearly before charging you anything. We do our best to keep the app working well, but it’s provided “as is” and may have interruptions or bugs. We recommend downloading your data from time to time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TheFaroLab isn’t liable for injuries resulting from exercise, or for indirect damages or data loss from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country doesn’t allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Estella and delete your account anytime from the app. We may close accounts that break these terms or, with reasonable notice, stop offering the service.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll show it in the app and ask you to accept them again. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
