Delete your account

You can delete your Estella Track account and all of its data at any time, from the mobile app or by emailing us. You don’t need to have the app installed.

In the app (Android or iPhone)

1. Open Estella Track and sign in.
2. Tap the circle with your initial, at the top right.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email [email protected] from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, username, settings and welcome answers.
• All your routines, workouts, sets, activities, records and history.
• Your body data (weight and measurements), if you added any.
• Your friends, friend requests, cheers, friend card and shared routines.
• Your points and badges.
• Your sign-in with that email or Google account.

What is kept

Nothing from your account stays in our database: it’s deleted right away. Our providers (Google Firebase) may keep technical logs or backups for a limited time under their own policies, after which they are deleted.
